Regulamin Konkursu
„A State of Trance x Warsaw Music Festival”

1. Postanowienia ogólne

  1. 1. Organizatorem konkursu pod nazwą „A State of Trance x Warsaw Music Festival”, zwanego dalej „Konkursem”, jest Wawa Events & Hospitality Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością z siedzibą w Warszawie, ul. Łazienkowska 3, 00-499 Warszawa, wpisana do rejestru przedsiębiorców Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego prowadzonego przez Sąd Rejonowy dla m.st. Warszawy w Warszawie, XII Wydział Gospodarczy Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego pod numerem KRS: 0001140455, NIP: 5272880845, REGON: 382446636, zwana dalej „Organizatorem”.
  2. 2. Konkurs organizowany jest w związku z koncertem A State of Trance z udziałem Armina van Buurena, który odbędzie się 20 czerwca 2026 roku w ramach Warsaw Music Festival na stadionie Legii Warszawa.
  3. 3. Konkurs prowadzony jest w formie quizu internetowego dostępnego pod adresem: https://play.useaward.com/quiz/370bca04-d1ec-4c25-9802-9463acd1453d, zwanego dalej „Quizem”.
  4. 4. Konkurs rozpoczyna się 18 czerwca 2026 roku o godzinie 18:00 i kończy się 19 czerwca 2026 roku o godzinie 15:00.
  5. 5. Zgłoszenia przesłane po godzinie 15:00 w dniu 19 czerwca 2026 roku nie będą brane pod uwagę przy wyłanianiu zwycięzców.
  6. 6. Konkurs nie jest grą losową, loterią fantową, zakładem wzajemnym ani inną formą gry hazardowej w rozumieniu obowiązujących przepisów prawa. O wygranej decyduje wiedza Uczestnika, liczba uzyskanych punktów oraz czas udzielenia poprawnych odpowiedzi.

2. Warunki uczestnictwa

  1. 1. Uczestnikiem Konkursu może być osoba fizyczna, która:
    1. a) ukończyła 18 lat albo posiada zgodę przedstawiciela ustawowego na udział w Konkursie,
    2. b) posiada pełną lub ograniczoną zdolność do czynności prawnych,
    3. c) zaakceptowała niniejszy Regulamin,
    4. d) prawidłowo wypełniła Quiz oraz podała wymagane dane kontaktowe.
  2. 2. Udział w Konkursie jest dobrowolny i bezpłatny.
  3. 3. Każdy Uczestnik może wziąć udział w Konkursie tylko jeden raz. W przypadku wielokrotnego udziału tej samej osoby Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do uwzględnienia wyłącznie pierwszego zgłoszenia albo wykluczenia zgłoszeń, które naruszają zasady Konkursu.
  4. 4. W Konkursie nie mogą brać udziału pracownicy, współpracownicy ani przedstawiciele Organizatora, a także osoby bezpośrednio zaangażowane w przygotowanie i przeprowadzenie Konkursu oraz członkowie ich najbliższych rodzin.

3. Zasady Konkursu

  1. 1. Zadaniem Uczestnika jest udzielenie odpowiedzi na pytania konkursowe zamieszczone w Quizie.
  2. 2. Quiz składa się z 5 pytań dotyczących A State of Trance, Armina van Buurena, Warsaw Music Festival lub tematyki związanej z wydarzeniem.
  3. 3. Aby mieć możliwość uzyskania nagrody, Uczestnik musi udzielić poprawnych odpowiedzi na wszystkie pytania konkursowe.
  4. 4. O kolejności miejsc decyduje liczba punktów uzyskanych przez Uczestnika w Quizie. Zwycięzcami zostanie 10 Uczestników, którzy uzyskają najwyższą liczbę punktów. W przypadku uzyskania takiej samej liczby punktów przez kilku Uczestników decyduje krótszy łączny czas ukończenia Quizu.
  5. 5. Czas liczony jest od momentu rozpoczęcia Quizu przez Uczestnika do momentu jego zakończenia i przesłania odpowiedzi za pośrednictwem formularza konkursowego.
  6. 6. W przypadku uzyskania identycznej liczby punktów oraz identycznego czasu ukończenia Quizu przez kilku Uczestników Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do uwzględnienia kolejności zgłoszeń zarejestrowanej w systemie konkursowym.
  7. 7. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do weryfikacji zgłoszeń oraz wykluczenia Uczestnika w przypadku stwierdzenia naruszenia Regulaminu, podania nieprawdziwych danych, korzystania z nieuczciwych metod, automatycznych skryptów, botów lub innych działań sprzecznych z zasadami fair play.

4. Nagrody

  1. 1. W Konkursie przewidziano 10 nagród.
  2. 2. Każda nagroda obejmuje 1 pojedynczy bilet na koncert A State of Trance z udziałem Armina van Buurena, który odbędzie się 20 czerwca 2026 roku w ramach Warsaw Music Festival na stadionie Legii Warszawa.
  3. 3. Łącznie w Konkursie zostanie przyznanych 10 pojedynczych biletów.
  4. 4. Nagroda nie podlega wymianie na ekwiwalent pieniężny ani na inną nagrodę rzeczową.
  5. 5. Nagroda nie obejmuje kosztów dojazdu, zakwaterowania, wyżywienia ani innych kosztów związanych z udziałem w wydarzeniu, chyba że Organizator wyraźnie postanowi inaczej.
  6. 6. Organizator poinformuje zwycięzców o wygranej drogą mailową lub w inny sposób wskazany w formularzu konkursowym.
  7. 7. Warunkiem otrzymania nagrody jest potwierdzenie przez zwycięzcę chęci jej odbioru oraz przekazanie danych niezbędnych do wydania biletu w terminie wskazanym przez Organizatora.
  8. 8. W przypadku braku kontaktu ze zwycięzcą, braku odpowiedzi w wyznaczonym terminie lub podania błędnych danych, Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do przyznania nagrody kolejnemu Uczestnikowi z listy rankingowej.

5. Punkty i ranking

  1. 1. Za każdą poprawną odpowiedź Uczestnik może otrzymać maksymalnie 1000 punktów, w zależności od szybkości udzielenia poprawnej odpowiedzi. Im szybciej Uczestnik udzieli poprawnej odpowiedzi, tym więcej punktów może otrzymać, do maksymalnej liczby 1000 punktów za jedno pytanie.
  2. 2. Maksymalna liczba punktów możliwa do uzyskania w Quizie wynosi 5000 punktów, tj. 1000 punktów za każde z 5 pytań.
  3. 3. Do klasyfikacji końcowej brani są pod uwagę wyłącznie Uczestnicy, którzy udzielili poprawnych odpowiedzi na wszystkie pytania konkursowe.
  4. 4. Ranking zwycięzców tworzony jest na podstawie łącznej liczby punktów uzyskanych przez Uczestników. Im większa liczba punktów, tym wyższe miejsce w rankingu. W przypadku uzyskania takiej samej liczby punktów przez kilku Uczestników, pierwszeństwo ma Uczestnik, który ukończył Quiz w krótszym łącznym czasie.
  5. 5. System konkursowy automatycznie rejestruje odpowiedzi, oblicza punkty na podstawie czasu udzielenia odpowiedzi oraz zapisuje łączny czas ukończenia Quizu.
  6. 6. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do ręcznej weryfikacji wyników, w szczególności w przypadku podejrzenia nadużyć technicznych lub nieprawidłowości.

6. Ogłoszenie wyników i odbiór nagród

  1. 1. Wyniki Konkursu zostaną ustalone na podstawie danych zarejestrowanych w systemie obsługującym Quiz.
  2. 2. Zwycięzcy zostaną powiadomieni o wygranej poprzez wiadomość e-mail wysłaną na adres podany podczas udziału w Konkursie.
  3. 3. Wiadomość do zwycięzcy będzie zawierała informację o wygranej oraz instrukcję dotyczącą odbioru lub wykorzystania biletu.
  4. 4. Organizator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za brak możliwości kontaktu ze zwycięzcą wynikający z podania błędnych, niepełnych lub nieaktualnych danych kontaktowych.
  5. 5. Bilety mogą zostać przekazane zwycięzcom w formie elektronicznej, na wskazany adres e-mail, albo w inny sposób określony przez Organizatora.
  6. 6. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do weryfikacji tożsamości zwycięzcy przed wydaniem nagrody.

7. Reklamacje

  1. 1. Reklamacje dotyczące Konkursu można składać drogą mailową na adres: kontakt@warsawmusicfestival.com w terminie 7 dni od dnia zakończenia Konkursu.
  2. 2. Reklamacja powinna zawierać imię i nazwisko Uczestnika, adres e-mail, opis sprawy oraz żądanie Uczestnika.
  3. 3. Reklamacje będą rozpatrywane przez Organizatora w terminie 14 dni od dnia ich otrzymania.
  4. 4. O wyniku rozpatrzenia reklamacji Uczestnik zostanie poinformowany drogą mailową.

8. Dane osobowe

  1. 1. Administratorem danych osobowych Uczestników Konkursu jest Legia Warszawa Spółka Akcyjna z siedzibą w Warszawie, adres: ul. Łazienkowska 3, 00-449 Warszawa, wpisana do rejestru przedsiębiorców prowadzonego przez Sąd Rejonowy dla m.st. Warszawy, XII Wydział Gospodarczy Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego pod numerem KRS: 0000097402, NIP: 526-17-24-308.
  2. 2. Dane osobowe Uczestników będą przetwarzane w celu przeprowadzenia Konkursu, wyłonienia zwycięzców, przekazania nagród, obsługi reklamacji oraz realizacji obowiązków wynikających z przepisów prawa.
  3. 3. Dane osobowe Uczestników będą przechowywane i obsługiwane technicznie przez dostawcę narzędzia konkursowego obsługującego Quiz, działającego na rzecz Organizatora w zakresie niezbędnym do prawidłowego przeprowadzenia Konkursu.
  4. 4. Zakres przetwarzanych danych może obejmować w szczególności: imię i nazwisko, adres e-mail, numer telefonu, wynik Quizu, liczbę uzyskanych punktów, czas ukończenia Quizu oraz inne dane niezbędne do udziału w Konkursie i wydania nagrody.
  5. 5. Podanie danych osobowych jest dobrowolne, ale niezbędne do udziału w Konkursie i odbioru nagrody.
  6. 6. Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane przez okres niezbędny do przeprowadzenia Konkursu, wydania nagród i rozpatrzenia ewentualnych reklamacji, a następnie przez okres wymagany przepisami prawa lub do czasu przedawnienia ewentualnych roszczeń.
  7. 7. Uczestnikowi przysługuje prawo dostępu do swoich danych, ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, przenoszenia danych, wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania oraz wniesienia skargi do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych.
  8. 8. Dane osobowe mogą być przekazywane podmiotom wspierającym Organizatora w realizacji Konkursu, w szczególności dostawcy narzędzia technicznego obsługującego Quiz, podmiotom odpowiedzialnym za dystrybucję nagród oraz podmiotom świadczącym usługi prawne, księgowe lub informatyczne.

9. Odpowiedzialność Organizatora

  1. 1. Organizator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za problemy techniczne, przerwy w działaniu sieci Internet, błędy po stronie urządzenia Uczestnika lub inne okoliczności niezależne od Organizatora, które mogą utrudnić lub uniemożliwić udział w Konkursie.
  2. 2. Organizator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za nieprawidłowe dane podane przez Uczestnika, w szczególności błędny adres e-mail uniemożliwiający kontakt lub przekazanie nagrody.
  3. 3. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany Regulaminu, jeżeli będzie to konieczne z przyczyn prawnych, organizacyjnych lub technicznych, pod warunkiem że zmiany nie naruszą praw nabytych Uczestników.
  4. 4. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do przerwania, zawieszenia lub odwołania Konkursu w przypadku wystąpienia okoliczności niezależnych od Organizatora, które uniemożliwią jego prawidłowe przeprowadzenie.

10. Postanowienia końcowe

  1. 1. Quiz konkursowy jest dostępny pod adresem: https://play.useaward.com/quiz/370bca04-d1ec-4c25-9802-9463acd1453d.
  2. 2. Udział w Konkursie oznacza akceptację niniejszego Regulaminu.
  3. 3. W sprawach nieuregulowanych Regulaminem zastosowanie mają przepisy prawa polskiego.
  4. 4. Wszelkie spory związane z Konkursem będą rozstrzygane przez właściwy sąd powszechny zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa.
  5. 5. Regulamin wchodzi w życie z dniem 17 czerwca 2026 roku.

Competition Rules
"A State of Trance x Warsaw Music Festival"

1. General Provisions

  1. 1. The organizer of the competition under the name "A State of Trance x Warsaw Music Festival", hereinafter referred to as the "Competition", is Wawa Events & Hospitality Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Łazienkowska 3, 00-499 Warszawa, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS: 0001140455, NIP: 5272880845, REGON: 382446636, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".
  2. 2. The Competition is organized in connection with the concert A State of Trance featuring Armin van Buuren, which will take place on June 20, 2026, as part of the Warsaw Music Festival at the Legia Warsaw stadium.
  3. 3. The Competition is conducted in the form of an online quiz available at: https://play.useaward.com/quiz/370bca04-d1ec-4c25-9802-9463acd1453d, hereinafter referred to as the "Quiz".
  4. 4. The Competition starts on June 18, 2026 at 6:00 PM and ends on June 19, 2026 at 3:00 PM.
  5. 5. Submissions sent after 3:00 PM on June 19, 2026 will not be taken into account when determining the winners.
  6. 6. The Competition is not a game of chance, raffle lottery, mutual bet, or any other form of gambling within the meaning of applicable provisions of law. Winning is determined by the Participant's knowledge, the number of points obtained, and the time of providing correct answers.

2. Conditions of Participation

  1. 1. A Participant of the Competition may be a natural person who:
    1. a) is at least 18 years old or has the consent of a legal representative to participate in the Competition,
    2. b) has full or limited legal capacity,
    3. c) has accepted these Rules,
    4. d) has correctly completed the Quiz and provided the required contact details.
  2. 2. Participation in the Competition is voluntary and free of charge.
  3. 3. Each Participant may take part in the Competition only once. In the event of multiple entries by the same person, the Organizer reserves the right to consider only the first submission or to disqualify entries that violate the Competition rules.
  4. 4. Employees, associates, or representatives of the Organizer, as well as persons directly involved in the preparation and conduct of the Competition and members of their immediate families, may not participate in the Competition.

3. Competition Rules

  1. 1. The Participant's task is to answer the competition questions included in the Quiz.
  2. 2. The Quiz consists of 5 questions regarding A State of Trance, Armin van Buuren, Warsaw Music Festival, or topics related to the event.
  3. 3. To be eligible for a prize, the Participant must provide correct answers to all competition questions.
  4. 4. The order of places is determined by the number of points obtained by the Participant in the Quiz. The winners will be 10 Participants who obtain the highest number of points. In the case of obtaining the same number of points by several Participants, the shorter total completion time will decide.
  5. 5. Time is calculated from the moment the Participant starts the Quiz until it is completed and the answers are submitted via the competition form.
  6. 6. In the event that several Participants obtain an identical number of points and identical completion time, the Organizer reserves the right to take into account the order of submissions registered in the competition system.
  7. 7. The Organizer reserves the right to verify submissions and to exclude a Participant in the event of a violation of the Rules, providing false data, using unfair methods, automated scripts, bots, or other actions contrary to the rules of fair play.

4. Prizes

  1. 1. There are 10 prizes provided in the Competition.
  2. 2. Each prize includes 1 single ticket to the A State of Trance concert featuring Armin van Buuren, which will take place on June 20, 2026, as part of the Warsaw Music Festival at the Legia Warsaw stadium.
  3. 3. In total, 10 single tickets will be awarded in the Competition.
  4. 4. The prize is not exchangeable for a cash equivalent or any other material prize.
  5. 5. The prize does not cover the costs of travel, accommodation, meals, or other costs associated with participation in the event, unless the Organizer explicitly decides otherwise.
  6. 6. The Organizer will notify the winners of their win via email or in another manner indicated in the competition form.
  7. 7. The condition for receiving the prize is the winner's confirmation of their intent to collect it and providing the data necessary to issue the ticket within the time limit indicated by the Organizer.
  8. 8. In the event of lack of contact with the winner, no response within the designated deadline, or providing incorrect data, the Organizer reserves the right to award the prize to the next Participant from the ranking list.

5. Points and Ranking

  1. 1. For each correct answer, the Participant may receive a maximum of 1000 points, depending on the speed of providing the correct answer. The faster the Participant provides the correct answer, the more points they can receive, up to a maximum of 1000 points for a single question.
  2. 2. The maximum number of points that can be obtained in the Quiz is 5000 points, i.e., 1000 points for each of the 5 questions.
  3. 3. Only Participants who provided correct answers to all competition questions are taken into account for the final classification.
  4. 4. The winners' ranking is established based on the total number of points obtained by the Participants. The greater the number of points, the higher the position in the ranking. In the case of obtaining the same number of points by several Participants, priority is given to the Participant who completed the Quiz in a shorter total time.
  5. 5. The competition system automatically registers answers, calculates points based on response time, and saves the total time to complete the Quiz.
  6. 6. The Organizer reserves the right to manually verify the results, in particular in the case of suspected technical abuse or irregularities.

6. Announcement of Results and Collection of Prizes

  1. 1. The results of the Competition will be determined based on the data registered in the system operating the Quiz.
  2. 2. Winners will be notified of their win via an e-mail sent to the address provided during participation in the Competition.
  3. 3. The message to the winner will contain information about the win and instructions on the collection or use of the ticket.
  4. 4. The Organizer is not responsible for the lack of possibility of contact with the winner resulting from providing incorrect, incomplete, or outdated contact details.
  5. 5. Tickets may be transferred to the winners in electronic form, to the indicated e-mail address, or in another way determined by the Organizer.
  6. 6. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the identity of the winner before issuing the prize.

7. Complaints

  1. 1. Complaints regarding the Competition may be submitted by email to: kontakt@warsawmusicfestival.com within 7 days from the date of the end of the Competition.
  2. 2. The complaint should contain the Participant's name and surname, e-mail address, description of the matter, and the Participant's request.
  3. 3. Complaints will be considered by the Organizer within 14 days from the date of their receipt.
  4. 4. The Participant will be informed of the outcome of the complaint review via email.

8. Personal Data

  1. 1. The administrator of the Participants' personal data is Legia Warszawa Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Łazienkowska 3, 00-449 Warszawa, entered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS: 0000097402, NIP: 526-17-24-308.
  2. 2. Personal data of the Participants will be processed in order to conduct the Competition, select the winners, transfer the prizes, handle complaints, and perform obligations resulting from the provisions of law.
  3. 3. Personal data of the Participants will be stored and technically processed by the provider of the competition tool operating the Quiz, acting on behalf of the Organizer to the extent necessary to properly conduct the Competition.
  4. 4. The scope of processed data may include in particular: name and surname, email address, telephone number, Quiz result, number of points obtained, Quiz completion time, and other data necessary to participate in the Competition and issue the prize.
  5. 5. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to participate in the Competition and receive the prize.
  6. 6. Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to conduct the Competition, issue the prizes, and consider any complaints, and then for the period required by law or until the statute of limitations for potential claims.
  7. 7. The Participant has the right to access their data, rectify, delete, restrict processing, transfer data, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
  8. 8. Personal data may be transferred to entities supporting the Organizer in the implementation of the Competition, in particular the provider of the technical tool operating the Quiz, entities responsible for the distribution of prizes, and entities providing legal, accounting, or IT services.

9. Responsibility of the Organizer

  1. 1. The Organizer is not responsible for technical problems, interruptions in the operation of the Internet, errors on the Participant's device, or other circumstances beyond the Organizer's control that may make it difficult or impossible to participate in the Competition.
  2. 2. The Organizer is not responsible for incorrect data provided by the Participant, in particular an incorrect e-mail address preventing contact or transfer of the prize.
  3. 3. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Rules if it is necessary for legal, organizational, or technical reasons, provided that the changes do not affect the acquired rights of the Participants.
  4. 4. The Organizer reserves the right to interrupt, suspend, or cancel the Competition in the event of circumstances beyond the Organizer's control that make it impossible to conduct it properly.

10. Final Provisions

  1. 1. The competition quiz is available at: https://play.useaward.com/quiz/370bca04-d1ec-4c25-9802-9463acd1453d.
  2. 2. Participation in the Competition means acceptance of these Rules.
  3. 3. In matters not regulated by the Rules, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
  4. 4. Any disputes related to the Competition will be resolved by the competent common court in accordance with applicable provisions of law.
  5. 5. The Rules come into force on June 17, 2026.
